Oh man, I'm not trying to come off as an ass, I think it's great that a host actually takes the time to do everything to make their customer happy, I just don't like that type of host... haha

Personally, you guys would NOT be someone I'd go with for the whole fact that sometimes, I could sit in my control panel, adding sites, email accounts, databases etc, and completely delete everything all within a day... I'd go crazy having to send 30 tickets a day just to test stuff out and tinker with things.

So, yes, we do offer Cpanel packages and they are very aggresively priced especially given our network and the speed of the support.

Yes, we already had a staff meeting about this and the techs were made aware that 2 minute times were NOT acceptable. I told the techs that our goal for the rest of the year is to have negative times. I want tickets where a tech says "we divined that you were going to ask us to add a domain to your server and have already taken care of that for you. No need to let us know if you need anything else because that's done already as well" Time to close - minus 37s

NatNet is hands down the best host I've been with and I've been with a bunch. I have no idea how they manage COMPLETING my tickets within minutes.

Lets put NatNet to the test... lets see some response times for some REAL technical problems, not adding a domain/database/email to an account... ;)

I think the reason for the slow response times is because we stole you, bill, and kevin away for the night at 10deg south :)

Thats absurd that you allow your techs to have > 1minute response times while you are away... tisk tisk :)

They made my move fast and easy, everyone there is extremely help full. I haven't had any probs there.
