That is a B-H-E business model. It has worked for them for years.

I started with them, and eventually moved to my own server, processing, CMS, store, etc.. But they have done very nice. They appeal to mom and pops, niche and foot webmasters just starting out. They take away a lot of the risk for first time webmasters.

Long story short, you make money. They take a percentage. If you do not make money, you are out the domain name reg fee.

site is nice, personally I don't like the grey on dark gray/black stuff, I'd go for clear, clean colors, but nice anyway

I hate to be the guy that says its not cool, but imo, id rather have someone tell me the truth upfront of what they see and think rather than just say they like it for the +1 post count

if im a surfer, im kind of confused on what im buying. Keep in mind i just went to a few other paysites offering me video samples and large images, but here, i either have to join or leave. also, im confused on the signup page... $9.95 versus $19.95, what do I get? Im not looking to read, I have my cock in one hand and my credit card in the other and within 20 seconds I want to be accessing some materials

the color scheme kind of throws me off for the home page. i feel like im joining a bdsm site, or looks like an old pic post/free site.

honestly man, its nice but i think there are some things you need to change. from a conversion standpoint, you need to get it as high as possible, especially in these days with loads and loads off free content. keep in mind most people only stay on a single page for 6 seconds before they either commit or leave, so while your on this page to join, do you know whats goign on in 6 seconds?

Yeah... this was the "example" paysite we created to gain ccbill approval and we decided to just leave it on there (and add some more content) as a bonus site to maybe help with the low amount of content the girls add... like an incentive.

As far as the design/concept goes... think VoyeurWeb. We are planning on building the site out from where it is now to be a community. I also run a swinger community (separately) and that is where these girls came from.
