Well all you need to do is the moment she raises her voice or says something even remotely 'mean' - tell her calmly you are going to close the phone because she is getting into an 'emotional' state and since you are no longer involved, there is no need for it. Remind her that the only reason you haven't blocked her number is because you have a beautiful daughter together and you want her to grow up knowing she is loved by both parents and to have a fulfilled life and not have to live without either parent in the picture.

However... the hate you stemmed from a letter i sent about my daughter missing all her softball games on the days she's with her... I cc/d my attorney as well.
Regarding the bf... I will politely ask him not to speak unless spoken to and if he has a problem with it my buddy "fingers" will give him a visit.
It sucks but I think im gonna have to get back in bed with my attorney and pay her outlandish $400/hr fee this summer to ensure my daughter stays in her school.
