lol It was a pottery club photo LOL Why not just have each student bring in their copy and sharpie marker for the win? Would take a few seconds to take care of. lol
I was wondering when someone would ask if this was the school distributing CP. They claim it's a shadow, will that save them from the police? Oh wait, there was no mention of that angle was there. Interesting. If a child had "sexted" that image to another child, is it THEN CP? Based on prior reports, yes it is. Pretty screwy.
Dang, that's in Tampa! If anything they can offer to retake the picture and create an adhesive picture to put over it if they don't want to reprint all the yearbooks.
I wonder if she transfers to a new school her reputation as the bottomless one will precede her.
i think that when the school, the school board and their legal staff determine conclusively that its just a shadow and that nothing is visible.. we can safely assume there is nothing to see. its not like schools are happy to get sued and aren't cautious about stuff like this.

No. In order for something to be CP it has to contain sexual elements. In other words, if you take pictures of your 1 year old child in a bath playing with a rubber ducky, that's not CP. Neither is accidental exposure in a picture.

Hmmm, if she's 18 I wanna see the unedited version.
