I'm sure some liberals will have a problem with this, but most wouldn't. He is making the system a bit more fair, not including proven false evidence taken from torture. That isn't to say, torture doesn't produce results to protect us, but to use it against a person - that's fucking insane for ANYONE...
If the 'right' like it or not, these people deserve trials... fair trials, with paid lawyers, paid for by Americans. We have the jails to house the most dangerous, separated, terrorists/extreme people in the world, these guys are no different.

Not once did I say it's fine to torture anyone, or torture one person over another. That would be Hypocrisy.

We don't need courts, cameras, etc.. we just need a translator, so we can 'talk' to them. Most PoW's, in these current wars, give up due to hunger and fear. They give up, that's the key. We don't need to beat them, water board them.. that doesn't mean we are nice to them, but that isn't torture.
