Here was a quick 2 min fix I didn't kill all the shine, but most of it on the left side. I didn't get carried away in making it perfect, but I could of, takes time to fix something like that 100%

Multible tools. Quick selection tool, clone, smudge, blur, adust brightness levels etc.
