Tracking Adult Links System ( TALS )

TALS is a small free script that allows webmasters to track outbound links to sponsors or other links in their network. It track the number of clicks per day, month and year with graphs. TALS is free to download and use as much as you like.

Zend, so that some dick head doesn't rename it and fill it with virus/bad code and resell it.

I've had this happen before and it was more trouble then it was worth. Problems came back to me instead of the mother fucker that ripped it.

There is no skim in this script. As you have access to edit the logs.php file which redirects the link. That part of the code is not zended. Only the controls are zend to protect my code and your links.

Also the script doesn't have a login/password so your need to add a .htaccess + .htpasswd file to protect those files.

I have some small adverts inside the admin area. They will rotate when new programs come out on the market. That's now this script makes it way, your friendlness to signup under my referal code.

The adverts are placed into the code but the images are pulled from my server.
That will not stop it from working if my server goes offline. So, no. No call home function.

The problem with an open source version is it gets passed around - and then it's all stuffed. They are called nulled versions. Only takes 1 bastard to add some extra code and re-zend it then place it online for free. Then all the complaints come back to me. Nope, will not be doing that anytime soon.

Best to get a developer to write this again for you.

I'm trying to install it to the working project with some good revenue, and i already in touch with Dean Wilson, he's helping me to set it up properly... the main trouble appearing when i trying to replace old system with simple redirects to Your script... they can't work together becouse mod rewrite catch the URL first.... I hope we will done it finally...

Really like it. Maybe it already does this... If not maybe something to think about. Have a way so the link can be like http://www.linkdomain.com/site/moobitches/X/ where X can be a certain campagin of the link to forward to.

So if you want to segment things out. So you can click on the sponsor, etc. so that you can see total what you sent to a site, but then also see a breakdown of how many clicks were through campaign x, campaign y, etc.

If you just do http://www.linkdomain.com/site/moobitches well then it would just default to 1 or something.

Very true. Why not do a very limited open source release at a higher cost? Is there someway that you could tag each copy to try and prevent something like that? I was not meaning reproduce it for sale, I just simply want it to run on my own server. Either way nice script.
