if you dont want rain then Florida is out of the question. It's also deep south so there is some racism. Althought those are cons there are some pros such as the hot women and warm weather. Cali is Cali and everyone knows its tight. Arizona is full of golf courses and baseball fields. Also great weather.

There's plenty of "bitches" in Phoenix/Scottsdale, just hang out down there some summer evening. No seriously, ASU has a great MBA program and you can get anywhere in no time,
