I can only concur with Kiwi - during the time I worked with Scott & Tony they always did their utmost to do their best by me, and in making their business relationships long-lasting ones. This most definitely could not have been an easy decision. These are rough times for many it seems, and even the best of people can be hit by that.Being that I once worked for TD I have nothing but good things to say about the company despite the unfortunate circumstances that they are facing now. In regards to your quote Justin.....you may not have experienced a beneficial ROI but I can assure you that several other companies did. And as for there reasoning for R rated banners only, that was in relation to 2257 documentation needing to be held when using xxx rated banners that would be hosted on their server. They were simply covering their ass from any legalities that may have occurred by offering XXX rated banner hosting.
All in all, both Scott and Tony are wonderful people and I wish them all the best!

It shouldn't... one of the primary purposes of having a corporation is to create a separate entity, breaking liability between personal and corporate and also corporate and personal. Very odd.

It's a real shame that they are going out of business. We used to work with Trafficdude years ago and I credit Scott especially with helping us take a giant leap forward in business and marketing back when we were n00bs. SCOTT, SIR: YOU WILL BE MISSED.Comment

My deepest condolences to both Scott and Tony. I have known them all the way back to 1996 when Scott was with WebSideStory and we have been very dear friends and done business with them ever since. Of the people I can count on 10 fingers in this industry (or any industry, for that matter), they have the highest degree of integrity, intelligence and compassion, paralleled by none. I wish them both the very best in the future.

i dont know their situation, but its not uncommon for a bank or a vendor to make the corp officer/s sign a personal guarantee with regard to corp debt ...It shouldn't... one of the primary purposes of having a corporation is to create a separate entity, breaking liability between personal and corporate and also corporate and personal. Very odd.
