sponsors using ibill can screw you!?!?!
I'm so pissed! I promoted this pathetic xxx-id.com site for a while because I worked out a deal with the owner to give me free hosting. Now when I was suppose to get a check he says he put a hold on my account and is not paying me because I was sending my 404 traffic somewhere else. Can he do that? I thought it was safe to go with ibill because they are a 3rd party but I guess not.

Yes he can do that. It doesn't matter who the processor is, the webmaster usually has control to stop payment if he feels like it.
