To use IFrames or not?

Like aebn tube feeder or any other iframe, how does it affect seo? What are best practices you do use them?

I have seen many people say that they have no idea what would drive someone to put an iframe on their site (in regards to negative SEO benefits). Yet I have always had iframes on 90% of my sites and I see no disadvantage. My sites still rank well.

iFrames don't hurt your SEO, but they don't help.

If you put a bunch of keyword rich content from some form or rss feed into an iframe hoping that it will help your content and SEO, it won't. It's ignored by the SE's.

If you just using it for ads, geo location ads, etc., it doesn't hurt.
