Anyone received SLA credits from caro?

Just curious whether anyone has had the SLA credits applied to their account yet. My billing anniversary is the 11th of this month (which I suspect might be when they do everyone?) and my server has been up nearly 64 days (ie since the last power failure)... their SLA says they'll do the credit within 60 days...

..... they've just issued me an invoice and billed me the normal monthly fee. No SLA credits.

Most hosts are tricky with SLA credits. Every customer has to specifically request for the credits.

Yes, I sent a request the same day of the outage and received a boilerplate reply saying that the credits would be applied by May 6th. That deadline has passed, nothing has happened......

Its easy to "forget" this kind of things . Hit them up though, they should fix it.
