I hadn't checked when picking up a bunch of new cd purchases today, but Beck's "Modern Guilt" is just under 34 minutes long. What gives? Damn robbery. That's a single isn't it?

When I was younger (not 40 yet), I'm pretty sure most albums were approaching the hour mark.

Talk about ripped off.

Next it will be hitting the p0rn industry with only 18 minute "trailers" on Youporn....

Not only are they shorter, they only have 1 or 2 good songs.

Remember the days when you could listen to an album from start to finish and it ROCKED?

Remember when artists used to be talented and could actually play their instruments?

Remember when they had guitar solos?
