I wanted to see Barca in the final but surely Chelsea should have gotten at least 1 free kick. The ref had no eye for the game of football and I have no idea why they let him judge. It's a conspiracy.

that ref is in trouble ( so is Drogba)
should have gave that last hand ball to chelsea, that was a penalty
I am glad and Finale is not 100% english though

Drogba looks like he is about to eat him alive in that picture:

DIDIER DROGBA faces a huge UEFA ban after a vicious tunnel attack on Chelsea’s Euro ref last night.

The crazed Blues striker hurled an F-word tirade at Tom Henning Ovrebo as Barcelona hit a 93rd-minute goal to reach the Champions League final. Millions of stunned TV viewers saw Drogba square up to the ref on the pitch after he had rejected FOUR penalty appeals.

Mad Drog screamed obscenities at the TV cameras, forcing Sky to issue a rushed apology. Then the Ivory Coast star stormed down the tunnel and hurled abuse at Ovrebo.

An eye witness said: “Drogba was coming down the tunnel with ref Ovrebo alongside him. He kept shouting at Henning and the referee stopped.

“Drogba turned towards the ref and put his face just three or four inches from the ref’s face and kept shouting. He told the ref ‘This is a f***ing disgrace, you don’t have respect, something like that can’t happen. You can’t do that’.

“All the time he used his hand to intimidate the ref further.

“He kept slamming his hand to the wall just inches from the ref’s face. Ovrebo looked terrified — but never said anything.”

Chelsea star Michael Ballack then joined in until the terrified ref ran back on to the pitch to avoid more confrontation.

The eye witness added: “Drogba looked crazy. He had lost control. But he never laid a finger on the ref, even though his behaviour was anything but civil.”

Last night Ovrebo admitted to UEFA representatives at the match that he had made “significant mistakes” during the game.

But Drogba’s behaviour is certain to trigger a UEFA probe.

Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink defended the disgraceful reaction of his players.

He said: “I can fully understand the emotion of the game, the players’ disappointment.

“It’s not just one decision made in doubt but several decisions.”

There was only really one penalty there, that blatant handball. The others were due to Drogba's theatrics. If he didn't dive so much, refs would take him more seriously.

I'm glad it went that way though, the 2 best attacking teams in the world right now, head to head in the Final. And that's coming from a Liverpool fan. Pains me to say

Both teams deserved to play the final, no doubt about it but looking through both legs of the semi-finals, I think that Chelsea would have deserved the final more. The worst thing is that they got robbed two penalties that should have been called against Barcelona.

that last handball is not. It hit the shoulder unintentionally
                Chelsea are sore losers

Why are Chelsea blaming everyone but themselves? They were 11 vs 10 for more than 30 minutes with the lead and had plenty of large scoring chances.

Still can't believe Chelsea couldn't control their players. Refs will always be disliked and needs protection. I wouldn't trust the Sun to much but hope UEFA slams them hard.

Even the Barca player admitted it hit his hand. there should have been atleast one penalty.
but the barca defender should not have been redcarded.

No man there was no penalties maybe the last one in 95 min but that was situation of free judging so in that moment was no way some referee to point on white spot.

I was just in favor of the yellow team...

Drogba shouldn't have gone so far. People that make those kind of salaries shouldn't let themselves go like that, THAT is the fucking disgrace. Also that crazy german guy Ballack was showing the worst of himself. The referee saw things that didn't happen and missed things that did happen, but that was on both sides I think. He sucked, the yellow team won... yay! I don't even like football.

Pique later conceded that the ball had struck his hand. "The referee decided it wasn't a penalty, and sometimes it's wrong," said the former Manchester United centre-half, who will now confront his former team-mates in Rome. The visiting manager Pep Guardiola also stated that he could "understand Chelsea's disappointment with the performance of the referee".

The thing is, a ball can strike a hand in a lot of different ways and it's not a penalty. The hand must activly seek the ball or be in a unatural position. I can't see that this was the case here and I wouldn't have given a penalty either.
