You can only sanitize one, not sterilize it - unless you have some serious lab stuff at your house.
You should mix up a bleach cleaning solution to wipe it all down. Assorted attachments can be washed very well and then also sanitized.Comment

That shit is wicked wrong man. First off its active ingredient is just Nonoxynol-9, which yes it does kill microbes - the potential side effects are fucked up.
Especially if your paying 14 bucks for 7 ounces of it, when a solution of bleach and water will not only do the job better, have fewer side effects, it also would be extremely cheaper.Comment

You can do dishwasher if your super lazy about hand cleaning with hot soapy water.
Bleach solutions and Lysol will kill same things and with same ease. Just keep in mind that Lysol used internally can damage immune system and reproductive organs. Where bleach solution is called "Dakins Solution" in the medical field and is used often for wound treatment and other applications.Comment

I would not use bleach or lysol. If it isn't washed off or soaks into the pores of the plastic you are going to have serious vaginal irritation and hospital visits.

Dishwashers do not sterilize anything, sanitize yes. Again can be done by hand or via dishwasher. (hard to separate common sense with some peoples answers). "yes some of us are being picky between sanitize and sterilize".
Cherrylula, in no way would a bleach solution harm someones vagina. Bleach naturally evaporates as it is. Is commonly used in many such applications, including items you eat. Then as I said before it the medical field it is used as a wound cleanser and packing agent.
If you check assorted toy cleansers, most are just a formulation of a bleach cleanser or a alcohol based one - aside from the one posted which uses a spermicide, one that also actually puts the user at a higher risk of contacting HPV and other STD's - plus vaginal irritation.Comment

I would go with the rubbing alchohol suggestion. Hospital staffers use it to clean and sanitize many surfaces and implements that come in contact with skin. That's the way to go.
