Put it in your TOS and then send an email to all affiliates about the change and that if they are not in compliance after 1 month they will receive a personal Email. If that Email is not responded to and the info changed in a timely manner you ban the offenders.

This thread was a train wreck the way it was brought here but I stand behind posting a models real name and hometown that is not already known or can't be easily googled is not right to do.

hey Boobgirl, most affiliates will change this or that insignificant thing for you if you just ask. It's true, most people don't suck.
If they won't, then either you're asking for something ridiculous or they're really just douche's.
If it really matters to you, you can cancel their account or whatever you want, but I'd think stopping payments is a really unnecessary last resort measure.
