![]() Hello,
Here some questions for the peoples from Spain. Is there anyone around here that can point me in the good direction. I would like to know, what is legal or not legal in Spain, if you have some plants on your balcony. (For medicinal use) Please come with a source of your state, i don't really need people that says : I think this or that. Thank You All. ![]() ~ Renaldo, |

http://www.drugpolicy.org/global/dru...rneurop/spain/
Spain was one of the first modern European countries to decriminalize marijuana -- and one of the last to implement needle exchanges. The Spanish government paid a steep price for their initial reluctance to allow harm reduction measures. Spain has the highest HIV rates in Europe among intravenous drug users. These days needle exchanges - including needle exchanges in prisons - pill testing at raves, methadone maintenance and heroin maintenance trials are among the many public health interventions that are supported by autonomous regions throughout Spain. Drug use and possession for personal use do not constitute a criminal offence under Spanish law. However, public consumption is penalized with administrative fines. ... Spain’s marijuana policy is rather unique in that it encourages marijuana smokers to grow their own product. Personal consumption and home cultivation have been decriminalized, but buying or selling marijuana/hashish remains a criminal offense. |

Depends on the region bigtime.....
In catalunya you can grow on balconies, it's ignored. In the basque country police raided a field and cut down all the weed and arrested the owner.. he proved it was for personal use and that 30 friends owned 1 plant each so the case was dismissed... But in the PP controlled regions they're getting really cunty.. There was a case in Murcia last week where someone got let off because the police accused him of dealing but his friends all made statements that the dope was for them and he just went to buy it all. There's alot less dope around and people are going to prison for selling small amounts. If you grow at home its unlikely you'd get into trouble unless someone claims you're dealing.. then you have to prove you're not which can take time. So it all depends in area, what you're doing what you're charged with. etc. |
