It really depends on what you want to do here and what your lifestyle is. Tell me that, and I'll give some suggestions.

What is your lifestyle? What is a decent place to you? You can spend as little as $100 for a small basic room, or as much as $3000+ for a nice beach house. It's all up to what you want.

Electric will be expensive (compared to everything else) if you use the aircon often. I pay around 4000 Thai Baht ($117) for a place that runs 3 aircons, 2 of which are running around the clock.

Internet runs around 1200b ($35)- 2000b + ($58+) depending on what speed you need. I also suggest a VPN if you are living and working here. I use StrongVPN.com for $15 a month. You could also use a free proxy list.


Most are. Come over for a visit and check it out. Don't make any plans unless you come and see the place first and spend some time here. It's not for everyone.

Here is one for you! Whats your secret on how to stay organized while multitasking?

Forward all your mails through Gmail. I have a ton of mail accounts for various projects and the spam filter is 99% dead on.

I also used to use a paid service called CloudMark, but once I started using Gmail, I no longer needed it. Though, it worked perfectly.

I've tried all sorts of clever software and gadgets to help me keep it all together, but always resort back to a good old fashioned yellow note pad. It never fails me. I keep it right next to my computer, which ever one I'm sitting at, and take it with me everywhere I go, to every meeting and every shoot. It holds it ALL together for me.

Occasionally, I use post-it notes. I'll stick them on my monitor before I go to sleep so it's the first thing I see when I sit down again to work. I also usually work with at least 2 computers at once. One for rendering videos or heavy work, another for mail, boards, little jobs.

That may not work for you, but that is what I have been using for 10 or so years, without fail.

The trick is, sticking to your list, whatever format you use. If you can't stick to your list, how you deliver the list is irrelevant. It takes a little discipline to stay on top of your list. If there are any short cuts, I've yet to find them.

The visa laws in Thailand are horse shit, but you have to play their game.

Check out, SunbeltAsia.com and see what they can do for you in terms of a Non-Imm B visa. There are a lot of loopholes.

I get a yearly visa, but still have to border jump every 90 days. It's no problem, I just drive to the Cambodian border and back.

Get a girlfriend to do it.

If no GF or you're too shy for that, trim the buns with an electric trimmer to get the hair all the way down. CAREFULLY use it for the crack if you need that smooth as well. Then get in the shower, use a real razor, I use Mach 3, and shave it all down, slowly.

It's not perfect, but it generally works.

Lets say you have a site that makes $4000 a month. If you have tweaked and re-tweaked that site and that's the most it can make, it's time to make another one.

Analyze the site, the content and the price points, and recreate it. It's that simple. Get a new domain, get like content OR load the same content, but load it in a different order than the other sites. There is more than one way to skin a cat when it comes to loading content.

Change the text, change the colors, the logo and the domain. Make it look different without losing the core frame of the other site. It may do better, it may do less or it may do the same. Either way, it's going to make money.

One Example: I have 2 old ass crappy Thai sites. There is not a huge market for these sites, traffic is limited, yet there is a market and those guys are hardcore members and love this raw style of content, even if from a webmasters POV, it's garbage.

We use poor photos and screen caps. The tours are small, there are no video previews and I only show around 35 scenes each. I have another 40 scenes in the data base, and rotate the content. Each week I add one scene and drop one off. A member would have to stick around for 10 months to notice what I'm doing. On average, a member stays 3 - 6 months for these sites, as old as they are.

Now, the first one I made was BangkokStreetWhores.com (I think 5 years ago! - It's still selling!!!!). Then recreated that feel with like content but added creampies, and created AsianBabyMakers.com. Then again with SiamSlam.com. I made three sites with limited content, we NEVER have complaints from members and they stay 3 - 6 months, with the occasional 8 or 9 month guy. If someone did complain, I would just give him free access to one of the other sites, but so far, nada.

Now, this is cheating you may say, but the rebills are decent and the sites make a few grand a month each. It's not much compared to a large site, but these sites are NOT saturated thus they STILL CONVERT!!! AsianBabyMakers.com STILL converts today, as it did years ago when it opened! Go figure. The content is crap, but its real, raw sex, and that sells and rebills for the small market that we sell in.

Laugh if you want, but I did this three times with three small paysites. Today, they all three are making sales and rebilling. I'm not rolling in cash from them, but they add to the pot. Plus, I don't have to shoot for them anymore, and can spend my time shooting for NEW sites, to do the same thing all over again.

This of course is one small example, but it really is that easy. I could also have loaded the content differently so they did not show the content at the same time, looking like different sites. I didn't, but I could have.

For me, my money is best made, and quickly made, by shooting NEW content. Then I can sell it, trade it, put it on new sites, release to DVD or whatever. NEW CONTENT is where my money is. That may not work for you, but it does for me. I don't want to keep shooting for old sites when they are converting just fine and there is a limited market to begin with.

I have an insane amount of 500g and 1 TB hard drives. I back up my content TWICE, one to one drive, one to another. I also burn my photos and docs to DVD and keep them in a CD folder, grouped by site or the DVD serious they are in.

Now, because of my location, I do this because I'm not about to take a drive into a store to try to get a crashed drive fixed. It's easier for me to back it up twice and be done with it.

I also process my content after I shoot it. Weeding out bad photos, flipping them all the right way and scanning the docs. The quicker I do it, the better off I am so I don't get behind and confused. Every time I've slipped, I've thought I lost content and had to look everywhere to find it.

I wish I had something better, but, every time I find something new, I can't follow it. Good ol yella works every time.

Heres something I have always done since I started in the adult biz to kinda keep things organized

I always write password/ sold links/exchanged links/adverts bought/sold..ect down in my little black book as well as copying them to a text doc. If my comp fucks up I always have a paper backup. I have learned to always keep two copies of every thing including website backups
Get yourself an external HDD to back all of your shit up as well as backing it up to your server and your computer. This has saved me a ton of headaches in the past and also enabled me to get websites that have fucked up back online quickly.

Between shooting, running my small sites, making DVDs, partnering with larger programs for other sites and building new little sites, I really don't send anyone sales anymore unless it's from a members upsell, member mailer or something like that.

In fact, I spend WAY to much time on here. I have two computers running at all times (sometimes 3). 1 that is rendering video (while I'm here), and the one I'm on now that handles little tasks, but I should be taking this time to send sales to other sites. That would be the smart thing to do. But truth be told, the boards have mostly become entertainment for me and a place to unwind and not take things so seriously. It's fun to kick the GFY hornets nest and watch so many people work themselves up in a frenzy. But yea, the smart thing to do would be to spend this time to work on sending sales to the proper sites.
