Looking for someone who can take a photoshop design and apply it to the Drupal CMS, add drop downs to the menu bar, and make a simple back end for easy updates by a layman. This is for a mainstream project, pretty simple stuff, one template 5 or 6 pages.

Any reason for Drupal over Joomla ... just curious.
Joomla for instance has a larger following and was recently picked as one of the top 10 adult webmaster tools (reference xbiz.com).
