I hate to say it as I love Cancun but I would skip it. Half the fun is drinking and chasing hotties. But then whenever I fly I seem to catch a cold lately so it would suck to be there and have the sniffles as everyone would be nervous. -

You prob have a higher chance of being shot, kidnapped, murdered, etc... or a higher chance of just catching the flu going on vacation in any place, getting food, or shaking hands at a show.

The actual resort and vacation i wouldn't be worried about. The several hour flight with 100+ other people that you don't know where they've been is what would worry me, especially because the air in the plane isn't fresh. Check with who you booked with, most of them are offering no penalties to reschedule because of the Swine flu scare.
