Vintage David Letterman on the Trio Channel
I didn't even know I had the Trio Channel but I was just flipping around and I see Johnny Carson talking to a VERY young Letterman.
If you have Trio and remember those classic David Letterman skits... there running a marathon of the best.... Jonathan Winters & Robin Williams together acting like two psych ward patients. MonkeyCam - Crushing shit with a steamroller - Iggy Pop Tom Hanks - Johnny Carson - George Carlin ..and I just saw Chris Elliots first appearance as 'The Fugitive Guy' -- Fucking Hilarious.

Letterman rocks! I liked it in the old days when he'd rip people to shreds. He's much kinder now.

Letterman > Leno
I can relate to Letterman more because a lot of his material is NYC-based whereas Leno is nationwide based. Sort of like comparing the New York Post to the USA Today.
