      I think MichaelO is on vacation but will be back shortly.

      I don't think that any other epassporte reps monitor this board, or use icq for that matter.
      I don't use ICQ anymore.

              I had the exact same thing happen this week, and I called their support number and actually got right through. They also fixed it immediately, so I don't know if they are stepping up their game or what, but I was pleasantly surprised...
