But, hey, I am not here to knock anyone. At least you've got off your ass and tried something rather than waiting for the world to give you a hand out, so I will help you with a bit of advice . .
Any girls doing camming now, won't move over to your service (too many risks for them - lack of traffic to your site, therefore lack of earnings for them - plus you have no track record yet of paying models without problems). What you need to be looking for is girls who haven't tried camming before and therefore may give your new site a chance.
As a result I would agree with Lassitor with CraigsList and any other adult personal sites you can find. Gumtree would be worth a go in the UK (although UK girls will expect to earn a lot more than, say, Eastern European girls so you may have trouble keeping them if they don't earn enough out of it) - I am sure other countries have their adult personal sites of choice. Remember, there is a global recession on so there are lots of girls the world over who need money. Just put out some free ads explaining how much they can earn from the comfort of their own home, etc . . and you should get a decent response.
So, there ya go . . go after the amateurs for now and try and recruit seasoned cammers once your service is up and running and has track record. Good luck!

Without a shitload of money your webcam project will fail for sure.

Make some freesites first and make sure you have the money to pay the girls to stay in free chat.

Dont get discouraged there are more philippine models than you can count, you have a contact there now.
