Do the opposite of the low-carb diets.

Eat lots of bread, rice & potatoes.

You'll be a fatty in no time. No joke ;)

If you drink anything (water, soda, anything) make sure its room temp. Otherwise your body will burn calories converting it to room temp.

You could also drink some regular ensure. If you drink like 3 of those a day on top of eating tons of bread/rice etc... man. You'll gain 5lbs a week easy. =)

asuna it depends on what kind of weight you want to gain muscle or fat...but since you are a short guy it would be easier to put on muscle then someone who is taller...i dunno why that i s just the way it works.. here is a sample diet from my club if you want to develop muscle

For a 2000 cal diet

Breakfast

Bally High Potency Multivitamin PLUS 3 capsules
Bagel 1 medium
Butter 1 tsp.
Egg whites-scrambled 3 medium
Instant oatmeal 1 pack

AM Snack

work out. space out your meals and make sure you get 20-30 grams of protein every three hours. thats about 5 meals a day. if you're not eating that many meals you might not need a weight gainer shake. all depends on how many calories you take in.

or you can go on the famous flyingiguana diet. 3 times a day visit a different fast food joint. you'll gain weight in no time. :thumbsup

the easiest way to gain weight: go in your basement, smoke a shitload of pot and down a couple of boxes of cereal. a good one like reeses peanutbutter puffs. do that every single night for about... oh a month. you will see! its like magic!

you dont need protein shakes, you need weight gainer. protein shakes and weight gainer have the same amount of protein except protein shakes are about 80 calories per serving and weight gainer is about 500-600.

when making them use peanut butter, not only will it add a lot of calories but it will taste a lot better. these shakes arent exactly delicious.

I got married just over 9 years ago and have put on over 30lbs...
(I was a lean/skinny 205lbs when I first met her...now I"m at 235lbs)

Of course..this is the 'long' way of putting on weight..but it works none the less! :thumbsup

All you need are the weight gain shakes. Gainers Fuel comes to mind or Weider's Mega Mass 3000 (if it's still around). Drink 2 to 3 shakes a day in between meals. Work out with heavy weights for low reps. As heavy as you can go without popping a nut. Do each set to failure... meaning, you can't lift it another rep without help. And NEVER let your workouts last more than half an hour to an hour. Or you'll burn too many calories. Hard and heavy lifting.

Within 3 months, you'll start seeing a major difference in your weight.

Oh.. and don't do any cardio if you can help it. That means don't walk to the store... drive. Don't jog, sit down. Don't fuck, masturbate. Well, you get the picture. :winkwink:

you don't have to do 3 reps to failure. duno how long he's been working out, but this could cause injury pretty easy. you can stimulate muscle growth with 20 reps sometimes better than you can with 3. squats and deadlifts i will do 20 reps on some cycles.

you need an assload of protein
work out, heavy weights, less reps

and after you've trained for 2 years, juice up
500mg sustenon / week for 10 weeks
400mg of deca / week fpr 10 weeks
40mg of dianabol for the first 3 weeks
+ eat like an animal, and train like a man posessed

its all about calories, getting a good nights sleep and spacing out meals during the day. 5-6 meals a day is good. if you need more calories, take weight gainers. milk is a great drink for gaining weight. 2 litres a day min.

if you cycle, don't do anything stupid and don't stay on roids beyond a year you shouldn't have any problems other than getting bigger and stronger.

there are plenty of legal drugs that are 10x worse than steroids and can damage your liver in less than a week.

I had a friend who was 5' 11' and weighed about 145 pounds. Son of a gun could drink weight gainers and eat like a pig. 7000 calories a day, he'd gain two pounds and then his body would adjust and not gain any more. I hated him for that. hahaha

Everything in moderation is my method. Eat more than you do now and work out as hard as you can. It will come in time...

And enjoy it while it lasts, because as you get older that lightning quick metabolism will slow down. ;-)
