Do the opposite of the low-carb diets.
Eat lots of bread, rice & potatoes. You'll be a fatty in no time. No joke ;) If you drink anything (water, soda, anything) make sure its room temp. Otherwise your body will burn calories converting it to room temp. You could also drink some regular ensure. If you drink like 3 of those a day on top of eating tons of bread/rice etc... man. You'll gain 5lbs a week easy. =) |

asuna it depends on what kind of weight you want to gain muscle or fat...but since you are a short guy it would be easier to put on muscle then someone who is taller...i dunno why that i s just the way it works.. here is a sample diet from my club if you want to develop muscle
For a 2000 cal diet Breakfast Bally High Potency Multivitamin PLUS 3 capsules Bagel 1 medium Butter 1 tsp. Egg whites-scrambled 3 medium Instant oatmeal 1 pack Water 8 oz. AM Snack Banana* 1 small Bally Snack Right Bar 1 bar Water 8 oz. Lunch Chicken breast** 4 oz. Large garden salad 1 Lite salad dressing 2 tsp. White rice 1 cup Water 8 oz. PM Snack Bally B-TrimŽ shake 1 can Dinner Tuna-broiled** 4 oz. White rice 1 cup Mixed vegetables 1 cup Water 8 oz. Dinner Tuna-broiled** 4 oz. White rice 1 cup Mixed vegetables 1 cup Water 8 oz. and for a 2500 a day diet Breakfast Bally High Potency Multivitamin PLUS 3 capsules Bagel 1 medium Egg-whites scrambled 3 medium Oatmeal 1 cup Water 8 oz. work out. space out your meals and make sure you get 20-30 grams of protein every three hours. thats about 5 meals a day. if you're not eating that many meals you might not need a weight gainer shake. all depends on how many calories you take in.
or you can go on the famous flyingiguana diet. 3 times a day visit a different fast food joint. you'll gain weight in no time. :thumbsup |

I got married just over 9 years ago and have put on over 30lbs... (I was a lean/skinny 205lbs when I first met her...now I"m at 235lbs) Of course..this is the 'long' way of putting on weight..but it works none the less! :thumbsup Tek |

I had a friend who was 5' 11' and weighed about 145 pounds. Son of a gun could drink weight gainers and eat like a pig. 7000 calories a day, he'd gain two pounds and then his body would adjust and not gain any more. I hated him for that. hahaha
Everything in moderation is my method. Eat more than you do now and work out as hard as you can. It will come in time... And enjoy it while it lasts, because as you get older that lightning quick metabolism will slow down. ;-) |
