i would go with our least-costly option and build from there. We can get you started with a 2.8 xeon 320g hd space 2 gigs RAM and 10Meg of tier 1 bw for $75/mo.

I have the same issue. It has about 64Kbs of bandwidth...it took 15 minutes to download the 1.5 meg Wordpress install files.
