I do not have any intentions of dealing with either of them in anyway, but accusations remain accusations and not proof of anything other than the fact that you don't like the individual being accused.

The burden of proof is on the accuser not the one that is accused. So far it is nothing but words from you and you have made it pretty clear that it will just remain accusatory words. Accusations without proof puts the accuser in a worse light than the one being accused.

One of this forums greatest and most valuable task must be to inform and warn about scams and scammers.
