        I really don't see a valid reason for anything set up on a percentage revshare... with legal footholds.. to ever NOT pay..
        Unless ownership gets greedy and overspends...

                Blah, fuck netpond - they've always though their shit smelt sweeter than anyone elses.

                They run into some kinda 'unknown' problem and they fucking disapear for months, leaving some fucking hillbilly admin to tell everyone how aweosme they are.

                They haven't paid or comunicated with anyone in months - I don't give a fuck if their grannies dead or whatever their fucking bullshit excuses may be.

                    I know a lot of you would love to see Netpond crash and burn, thats fine. Hey nothing like throwing petrol on the fire.

                    Was just passing on my comment. If Aga wants to pass on what happened its his place, not mine. Would I have liked my payout a couple of months ago... yeah sure, but I am far from worried about it.

                        I thought that they were suing someone for breech of contract? Not sure why that means you can't pay affiliates but that's the reason I saw him post over there.

                            that is just a bad excuse, they should never have stopped affiliate payments. i do think they will get this right, but the damage is done. and netpond (the board) is a bad joke anyway thanks to their mods.
