How many of you are stuck behind your computer, and have become overweight?

well I might be slightly but that is just in my eyes, most would not think anything about it. I'm 6'4" and weight 235-240lbs..

I was at 250 a few mos ago then went in the hospital for just under a month and lost 40lbs.. gained a lot of that weight back

According to a BMI calculator I'm in the 93% for my height. A few years ago I was in the 20% of my height(skinny)

I am currently underweight.

7th percentile.

Lost 35lbs and gaining it back slowly as new muscle mass as I am training. No gut, no love handles. Fit and trim getting my 6 pack back.

Im 6 foot and 185. Really should be around 168 to 170 is perfect for me so I got nearly 20 to lose. I pack it well though. :p

Never thought I could EVER be overweight considering i'm 5-11 and weighed like 130 up until my early 30s. I'm 180 now but would feel much better if i dropped 10 lbs of fat.

Snowboarding is an awesome workout! Just hafta remember to work the other side besides your front one hahaha... and cold beer is good in the summer, but it is BEST after a long day of snowboarding

What happened was that I stop to think like this about my weight. So I woke up a few months later and had gained 20 pounds of fat ;(
