That wasn't the point, nor do I care to be honest.
The point is he can carry the torch if he sees fit. He can troll all my business threads, and keep bumping them to the top of the sections all he likes with the name calling, and whatever. It worked out well for the last two who did it.
I am sure he will not be in the monthly celebrity promo announcements for every major program who has a celebrity site or two. More over this issue has been discussed endlessly over and again. FletchXXX had a nice discussion on it, and for once I will cite gideongallery (shudders)

The law's the law as it stands right now. Both for tubes, and celebrities. The TMZ court case is the most recent example. Perez got himself in trouble because 1.. he ignored DMCA claiming fair use. 2.. he cause economic harm. Because he was releasing stuff before the other company.

IMHO, if you sell/distribute/whatever content you took from another source and for which you don't have any rights, then it's stolen content, it's pretty basic. Now, if it's legal, it's another question. I think that at best it's stolen content but there might be some kind of loophole in the laws which may make the thing not illegal, yet highly unethical. Anyway, I know shit about laws, so I might be completely wrong.
This being said, I don't see the difference between stealing celebrity content and stealing content from Playboy or any adult siteComment

I wanna make sure you do not get your moral panties in a twist when you start looking at sites you promote.
I am sure there is not a single person in this thread promoting any of the major programs who have celebrity sites in their portfolio either. Promote Brazzers or endless other examples I could think of.
