				 | FRESH vegetables, FRESH bread and thin sliced meats HOLD the mayo and dressing. There ya go, thats the "secret" to a good sandwich. By saying no mayo or dressing, you're able to taste the food, not the "yawn" same old same old thing. Give it a try.

				 | Since the reuben has already been mentioned I'm going to go with the king of sandwiches... The clubhouse. Real roast turkey, and ham, bacon, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Ahh heaven. I prefer mine on toasted whole wheat.

				 | I'm not into the whole Jimmy Johns deal like a lot of people. I don't care for the bread really. Hell I'd rather have Subway over Jimmy Johns which most people don't agree with. The only thing JJ has going is delivery if you are close enough to one of their shops. |

				 | I have a Cuban on the menu in Mission Beach It's the most popular one we have . We sell upwards of 20 a day, around lunch time. It's not 100% traditional as we dont use Cuban bread, instead we use a 10 inch Petite baguette (which is fucking huge and not at all petite) spread with mustard, layered with thickly sliced smoked ham. Then we add our own 12 hour roasted pork ( roasted in 100 cloves of garlic, celery and Mojo sauce until its very ,very tender. To this we add real Swiss cheese and dill pickles. Shit i made myself hungry
