advice about transfering a (pornstarname).com domain
Some years ago I registered a (ponstarname).com to promote
those sponsors with content of this particular actress, and to get some specific google traffic. Well, some days ago I received a mail from the manager of this actress telling me he wants to use the name, and that im using the content (sponsor pics) without permission. So, he says hes ready to give me a 25% in "fractured ownership" in the paysite he will run, as compensation. I reply that i prefer to sell the domain to him thinking that is the most reasonable solution. Then he replies that he´s not interested in offering anything for the domain and that I should make the transfer, and that the case will be be presented to court. Any advice from some experienced webmasters? Im not in the USA and (as you can see) i do not know much about this legal issues. Thanks for help.
