    I hate my new laptop. What can I do?

    I got a new Toshiba and I fucking hate it. The performance is decent but it has Vista and ita all weird and the screen is shorter than what im used to and I cant use some programs.

    I bought it from NewEgg and theres no refunds.
    I bought it for $800 and put it on Craigslist for $725 and got no offers.

    is there anything I can do? I just want to get rid of it for a decent price and get a laptop I like.

                  If you don't like Vista, how about another OS? The obvious choice that a lot of
                  people make is to replace Vista with Windows XP. You can download a real nice
                  Linux for free from http://fedoraproject.org/ or I'll send you disks, and that way you
                  never have to worry about viruses, spyware, malware, etc. again and you get you
                  get a much more powerful system.

                          That's one reason why I always have to see a laptop in person before I buy. I gotta like the keyboard feel and screen size.

                                      all you have to do it turn off User Account Control in user accounts in order to start liking Vista
