    Anyone need a designer?

    I need to cut some of my staff as we are downsizing a bit. The designer is in the Philippines. $750 a month and he's yours. Works well with others, does good work.

                                  Why dont you keep him if he is good and drop one of the designers who are rubbish then?

                                      I don't have any rubbish designers. They are all good. I just can't afford him. The other designers that I have on staff have been with us longer.

                                              I've been working with guys from the Philippines for over 10 years. $750 is actually not that much for a decent guy. I know several companies that pay their guys over $1k a month.

                                                  I finally have a full portfolio from him, including samples and resume. It took a bit for me to round it up.
