It's actually a very good ratio. 50 pct. is great I would say.

You may easily find 1:3 or even 1:4, depending on the billers used, their scrub ratio etc.

I'll be using MPA3 with typical third party billers plus couple Euro and German billers that are integrated, getting 50 pct. I will be very much satisfied.

Obviously, join submit ratios will vary from partner to partner and their traffic sources (particularly what country the user is coming from). We use 6 billers and do narrow down by countries in specific cases (which you get full credit for). As Gaucho mentioned, broadening our reach has increased our join submit ratio; and now, you get to see it as an affiliate.

Why would they even show that?

It would only confuse affiliates and cause stupid threads like this. The surfer to join page ratio would vary GREATLY depending on the tour setup. If there are lots of images that click to the join or "want to see more" that go to join that will increase it. Haven't seen their tour and not bothering to look. Only they can tell you if it is good or not based on their average.

To all you guys talking about join page ratios.. This isn't that. This is people that have actually tried to join up by entering their data in the form and pressing "join". So it has nothing to do with a poor join page design, being too expensive or anything like that.. They're trying to join and half of them aren't making it.

CarlosTheGaucho: So poor submit to final approved transaction is typically this "bad"? hmmm.. that sucks big time..

50% isn't bad for join submits at all.. it can easily be worse.

Out of that, about 15% (average or so) will decline, not much we can do about that - so really they aren't dropping that many.

The join page layout can actually raise or lower that too. For example a form with only an email address gets the most submits, while a form with everything, including the zip code, gets the least amount of submits.

Another factor can be the quality of your traffic, of course. Being so, if you filter your traffic better or send more non-filtered traffic, you will be able to see the changes quickly in the join page submit ratio.

quite frankly, nats4 sucks. too much information, not easily customized on the affiliate side. i don't like it. sometimes too much data just bogs the system down.
