I'm not avoiding the question, but it's truly all over the place; I've seen from 0% to 150%; it's really dependant on the target site. But, a good average would be in the 65% range for a properly targetted site.

Certainly, but that might be a bit expensive for the buyer. We can do those geo's in the $3.50-$4.00/K range.

Not sure if you know our traffic, but we've got tons; skimmed (blind redirected clicked) traffic, popunders, and 404s. For $1.50/K, I can do something from each of those traffic types.

Either, we can do both. Tube specific traffic will be a bit more expensive than general.
