Midnight's Stupid Question of the Day

Here goes:

I have a site that I am using a trade script on. I want to use this trade script to track outgoing hits to links on other websites and hits coming in from those websites. That is what trade scripts are designed to do. I am not interested in using it for a standard skim type of setup, but really only manage the toplist and to track referrers in and clicks out to HARD LINK trades. In the toplist, I have links that look something like this:

out.php?pct=100&url=http://www.somesiteilinkto.com

Since one of the reasons I want to do hard link trades, is to get a better search engine placement, will the fact that I am using the 'out.php?pct=100$url=' in front of the 'http://www.somesiteilinkto.com' section going to obscure to the search engines that I have a reciprocal link with a higher PR site than mine. Does the very fact that I am using a script, and not using just the link itself, go against the concept of HARD LINK trades in the eyes of other adult webmasters.

I am not new to this industry, but trading traffic and using scripts and link lists and SEO is a new concept for me. I have spent too much time writing code for others and not enough time building my own little piece of the pie and I could use a little help here.

Ok, thats two questions, but it is stupid question of the day time.
