                                      it's too cool and monotoned. throw some contrast in. get some hot colors in there, spice that shit up. making appropriate use of color theory goes a lot further than you'd think.

                                              It seems more like an attempt at a header perhaps than a banner really. in what context is it being used and what does the site look like it is for? I think definitely some brightness could be brought in, more colors, not necessarily reds and pinks, but lighter purples, brighter whites.

" you love " looked like one word to me and I had to read it again to figure it out. The purple color didn't bother me but the fact that none of the images peek out enough to catch my interest did.

                                                                                                                                          All that was taken into consideration at first glance. A quick second or two is all it takes to grab someone's attention or make them move on. This example would have made me move on.
