Sorry but England is known for stuff like this. Sure, shit happens everywhere but a bunch of cities in England are worse than any other city i can think off.
You should see the groups of English youth here in Amsterdam every weekend...
They don't fight i have to say but the rest is just like you see on those pics.
I don't care about them but they are quite a problem here in the center. They kinda want to get rid of them but they bring a lot of money here (to the local hotels and bars etc) so they also don't want to lose them.
The girls that come here for the weekend to get fucked up are the worst. They scream and yell, barf and piss, pass out, you name it. I recognize them from a mile away just how the dress and walk around. Short skirts and tops, heels they can't walk on (certainly not when they're drunk) and just trashing the place
