IBILL and New Visa Regs

Hello,

I have a buddy who is in a bind and I am sure there are others and hopefully there is a solution to this.

He elected NOT to Continue Using IBILL for VISA processing and has recieved confirmed Emails from IBILL stating that he has elected to not use Visa and that as of the 15th of November No Visa rebills will occur.

Nov 16th rolls by and sure enough Visa rebills are happening. Soon after that he has 750 taken out of his ibill account!

The Ibill rep named Ron Dinger stated that he would talk to his manager about it. then replied after SEVERAL attempts to communicate said that they will absolutely NOT give back the 750. He stated it was a last minute decision vy VISA and that he has no control over it.

This does not sound like a company that is being honest. They acknowleged that by friend was NOT going to use VISA. and yet they still do anyways and take out his money. He has NEVER fille dout a VISA app form which I though was where the money goes to. 500 to visa and 250 to the IBILL's bank.

So they took the money anyways..

What can be done about this? He threatend a class action suit, but but apparently this never Phased mr Dinger.

Help!!!

I registered ibillsucks.org a while back... still trying to decide whether to use it for anything.

I just dont understand it

I thought iBill was a big player.. why do such a thing to one webmaster?

maybe Visa could be notified that rebills are happening on an unapproved url.. from a never signed or filled out visa app form

They did not take it out of the bank. They took it out of the next periods earnings.

I am thinking this account does a lot of Volume and Ibil did not want to lose it..

Just a guess. I have no proof of that

A pigeon came to my house with a note on his leg. I opened it and thats what it said. It didnt say who it was from and the pigeon wouldnt answer any of my questions either.

Ibill is falling apart, they can't even handle basic requests like this anymore and there not stealing that $750, it just got lost in there big mess they call tech support. And now they don't know how to get it back and they probably did it for ALL the international customers

I'm with CCbill, and paid that $750. What I really need though is a second merchant provider -- people say GloBill, what do you think?
