just about every major casino in Vegas is filing for chapter 11...don't mean shit..they will still stay open.. Hotel rates are awesome as well.

I just shot Claudia-Marie and Shane Diesel on Friday. I got the H Suite (the penthouse suite) http://www.mandalaybay.com/accommodations/thHSuite.aspx for $294 !!!! And that's a Friday night!

If anybody out there is bored and wants to come to Vegas to party and gamble...this is the time. Prices are down all the way around.

I'm happy with our real estate purchases in Vegas so far The rental income versus purchase price is nice and high.
