because of the shitty geo database i am forced to use i cant always get your latitude and longitude

#1 the database doesnt include everyone on gfy so yes there are users closer just not logged

#2 i made it ignore people who were found in the exact same location , otherwise you would need to enter your name or you would find yourself closest to yourself
