Weird spam hosted on phat server - GoFuckYourself.com

I just got spam mail on mail adress which i used nowhere else then on local usenet groups,which is kind a strange but i guess those spam bots crawl all groups not matter are they english or not.
Url is http://blizzardimagehosting.com/ and i see it is hosted on phatservers,that is why i post this here since phatservers is mostly for adult sites hosting.

Site is under DDoS attack and has been since this. As clearly posted on main page for a few days now.

Check "Please READ" notice, and send the header information to the FTC on e-mail provided on the main page of the site.
