According to my landlord, a lot of Hawaii Pacific Unversity students live in this building (I don't go to that school). The average age is older than me, but who says younger guys can't date/fuck older girls?

BTW, the building is 40 floors, not 37.

It's already furnished however, I plan to add an extension to the desk that is there already (too short for a monitor and keyboard).

Some rooms are condo some rooms are hotel. My room used to be a hotel suite that was converted to a condo. The room to the left of me is a condo whereas the room to the right of me is a hotel room.

$1400 *is* a good price for what I got.
