Better yet... Stop drinking all together. Think of it this way... You CAN'T possibly get a DUI if you are sober all of the time.

Life without alcohol...
You find better girls, who aren't drunken whores (No offense to anyone who may read this LOL, this doesn't apply to you.).
You feel better.
You can focus more.
You have more drive to accomplish things in life.
You aren't killing your liver.
You find better people to associate with.
You enjoy life more.
You have more energy.
etc... etc... etc...

I quit drinking for the most part about 8 or 9 months ago. Haven't missed it one bit. I wasn't a frequent drinker by any means, probably once or twice a month, however when I did drink, it was to the point of falling over, passing out, horking, and doing stupid shit... like driving home.

Just my opinion, but isn't it worth a shot? At least for a while to see how it is? It definitely couldn't hurt. The first few months, you'll probably be bored as fuck... use that to find things to do to occupy your time more productivly, and get out and do things you enjoy, or find things to enjoy.

2 cents nigga!

Come on people, he just learned his lesson and said he is never doing it again, posting shit like "omg you're an idiot" is not going to help.

Fool me once, shame on... shame on you.
You fool me, you can't get fooled again!

An arrest and turnaround would be impressive. Two lucky breaks is not.

Why's that? Seems like it wouldn't be very hard to clean your tears up off his shoes. You fucking dork. :2 cents:

The girl was Barbie Cummings, and since she already had her 15 of fame, she made you blow him to get off.

Nobody walks from 2 DUI's in a night without atleast one dicksucking happening.

Horny Joe 03-30-2009 02:10 AM

Don't drink and drive! I have a friends that will never walk again, never fuck again and never even talk normally again, just because of this!

I have done it once.... Pissed drunk, driving to a bar, got more drunk and filled the car with people taking them to my place... I am 100% sure that God drove that night, because I certainly was not able to! Next day I was so fucking shamefull and have never touched a car after drinking ANY alcohol after that! This is 10 years ago.... Dumb thing to do!

Around here you would have lost your licence and had your car impounded, no questions asked...

Yep same here. Where I live they don't fuck around. If you smell like booze or act like you have been drinking they give the test and arrest you if you fail. Depending on what you blow they may or may not tow the car. I know a lot of cars get impounded, but sometimes they will let you call someone to go get the car.

The reason is simple. If that guy lets you go (which you claim he did not once but twice) and you drive down the road and hit someone and hurt or kill them, that cop could get sued for not taking you off the street. This happened in a small town near where I live about 10 years ago. A cop pulled a guy over. The guy had girl in the car and was drunk. He gets out and talks to the cop, tells him that he met this chick at the bar and is taking her home to bang her. The cop decides to give the guy a break so he can get laid and lets him go. Ten minutes later the guy crossed the center line and hit an oncoming car head on. He killed the driver of that car and seriously injured the other passenger. The drunk guy was hurt pretty bad, but made a full recovery and the girl that was with him died.

The families of those hurt and killed in the accident found out about the stop and sued the police department that the guy worked for. They ended up settling out of court because they didn't want a parade of ugly pictures and testimony about what had happened. They immediately changed their department policy that anyone who even hints of DUI gets a test.

I have so many similar stories, and every time I promise my self that I'll never drink and drive, but when it comes to it I keep forgetting my own promises :)

sexandcash 03-30-2009 02:52 AM

I hope you make good on your promise because last night was your luckiest fucking night of your life.

You didn't kill yourself or anyone else and the cop let you off the hook not once but twice...

also... 5 drinks and getting pulled over at 12:30 is not getting shit canned and driving retarded... he's sayin that was dumb...

And after that... having three more beers is what he did... feeling really bad.

My take on this story is he is thanking his lucky stars he didn't get a DUI and should be... lesson learned. Everybody fucks up... that's life...

#1: He's posting it on a public forum. We're allowed to criticize as much as we want.
#2: You can bet he'd drunk a lot more than he's admitting to
#3: He is ONLY feeling bad because he was caught. If he's 'been doing it since he was 16' - it shows he's got no fucking remorse about it what-so-ever.

That cop wasn't pulling him any favours by not taking him in for it.

h3ads.com 03-30-2009 05:40 AM

Sometimes we need to go through some bad experiences or things like you had last night to realize we need to change that. Good to know you did it before you got in an accident.

BVF 03-30-2009 06:07 AM

Here in Wisconsin, you can get caught once driving drunk and you won't even be charged with a crime....After that, it's a different story but the laws are VERY lax here due to the strong alcohol lobby.

You can also bring your kid into a bar and buy him/her drinks.

No, he just doesn't like the taste of alcohol a whole lot. Every once in a while he'll go nuts on ONE kamikaze but that's rare.

raven1083 03-30-2009 06:47 AM

lesson: don't drink and drive

Vicious_B 03-30-2009 06:52 AM

I learned that lesson after one night and also learned to watch who you expect to be your designated driver. I was at a bar one night after work bartending so it was late, started gettting a little tipsy and made arrangements with a couple of people I was with where one would drive my car and the other would follow to bring him back. I gave up my keys willingly. Being I was covered I was throwing back shots and having a great time. I remember walking outside to leave with my friends. My next memory was trying to unlock my front door and kept dropping my keys. I realized then that somehow I drove home. I called my friends the next day and asked why the hell they let me drive home. Their reply was, you asked for you keys and said you were fine. I remember NOTHING after walking out the door of the bar and standing at my front door. I don't do drugs and I wasn't roofied or anything like that. I don't know how they hell I made it home in one piece so now if I want to tear it up I make sure not only do I have a driver I have a driver that I trust to not hand me back my keys, no matter what I say.

pornocruto 03-30-2009 08:23 AM

I did not read the entire posts in this thread, but im probably right in saying you're a fucking idiot.

John-ACWM 03-30-2009 11:55 AM

You call that just luck....it's superluck :)

dsnow 03-30-2009 12:53 PM

you should drink THEN drive.....duh!!!!

bufferover 03-30-2009 12:56 PM

Never say never :)

Elli 03-30-2009 01:25 PM

Get a DD and always have enough money for a cab.

So you had beers and drinks, drove somewhere, said "I'll never do that again." Then you had three more beers, knowing you still had to drive back home. And you drove home. Sounds like you weren't all that remorseful.

st0ned 03-30-2009 01:56 PM

Geez, you are truly lucky as you must have encountered the coolest cop ever. They ALWAYS fuck me, even for the little shit. When I got my DUI at 20 the fucking cop was a rookie and it was his first DUI so he called his Sergent to come help write me up so of course everything was by the book and they fucked me. I stopped drinking and driving years ago, it is a wise decision to do so.

stephane76 03-30-2009 02:30 PM

damn you re lucky!

my advise... go outside, to the gas station and get a lottery ticket! 50/50 huh?
