Is Red Tube considered a trade mark?

I just had a tube domain taken away from me because it was a trademark
even if it was dictionary or hypenated!

so it's best to do research first before you do a lot of work to have it all just taken away

but yea, they do have a trademark:

"Entertainment services, namely, providing a website featuring videos, film clips, photographs, multimedia materials, magazines, books and television programs in the field of adult entertainment; production of videos and photographs in the field of adult entertainment; electronic publishing services, namely, publication of text and graphic works, video and photographs of others featuring adult entertainment"

so just as long as your new asianredtube is not porn related, you will be fine

It is irony overload that websites that make all of their profit off of violating other peoples copyrights while actively enforcing their own trademarks.

Wow very surprised that they did trademark, but you don't have to register a trademark to own one, as long as you can prove commerce with it, it is your trademark. But listing it in the database just give you more ligitamacy. What sucks is whenever you want to add something to the database they charge you.
