I'm not in the content part of the game, but on a personal note, I've had girls talk all kinds of shit about how freaky they are and all the stuff they want to do, and when it comes down to it....missionary with the lights turned low and cuddling afterward=(

we had it quite often that the agency told girls something like "it's just a soft boy/girl" and then sent the girls to a gangbang - knowing that they would not agree otherwise but once they travelled some hours and see the money the agree anyways. since then we talk to the girls personally first

I fee ya brotha, no matter ow much you type, text, send or say all they hear is "how am I getting there, how much am I getting paid". Then when they get there they try and figure out how little work then can get away with regardless of what the scene calls for.

Nope. I can't say I have ever had it happen. I have had a time or two where a girl will not book for another shoot because toe sucking is not for them. But I have never had that happen on a first shoot.

That said, I also make sure that I filter out the girls. The reality, for me, is something like this.

1. 12-25 girls a week contact me.
2. I send them generic e-mail with links to site and tell them to check, and read.
3. They contact me back telling me their are interested.
4. I tell them as long as they can suck a mean toe, and do the tickling, it is easy work.
5. Some say, they will have toes sucked, not suck, some say no way, regardless thins herd.
6. I then reinforce in next email exchange the toe sucking, and this is not for everyone, etc.
7. Interview. Go over info. Again point blank cover sucking a mean one, all girls same boat, etc..
8. They then let me know if interested, and we schedule it.

I have been doing this 6 years now. I have probably done a thousand interviews in that time. I know that only 1 in 10 will end up working for us. My job is to thin the herd. I do not have time for 25 interviews a week.

My first reply eliminates about half of them. They go read the info, and decide it is not for them. Then my second group of e-mails will cut that in half again as I give them the point blank sucking of toes and tickling remarks. Now I have 25% left.

Out of those I have a feeling for who will, and will not, do good. So I try and scare some of those off, and whomever is left or insistent, gets interviewed. If they make it to the interview, 99% of them show up for work and are ready to suck a mean toe.

This process helps me weed out a lot of girls. Unfortunately a lot of the super attractive prime donnas as well, but our history has shown the beauties do not sell all that different from some average girl who sucks a mean toe. So it all evens out in the wash.

I need girls who can, and want, to do the work.

Yes, I even have them fill out a form that checks what they do and not do and most of the time its the established girls that change it up when they get to the shoot. Very frustrating indeed Easton.

It happened to me several time. We say "with anal and facial", they agree and then when scene is working come with excuses... It happens more often than I would like..

yeah it happens, but atleast when you show them the sites they have a chance to review everything.. sometimes it helps to get them on the phone and discuss your expectations etc.

Then again you do shoot much more extreme stuff then us so im sure you have a TON more bullshit to deal with as well

My scenes take a fair amount of time to complete, but they aren't necessarily always weird or super hardcore, so I rarely have issues with talent and their expectations. Plus I am sure to always give the talent detailed information in advance so we are all on the same page.

it's about the models not paying any attention to what people show/tell them!

when i send them the link to my client's ass licking site (definitely not extreme) before booking them, i would assume they click it to see what i mean by ass licking before agreeing to shoot the scene

Actually it probably is.

When I first sit down with girls at any interview, my first question is, "Tell me what YOU know about this job".

You would be surprised how many can't tell me anything beyond, 'paid same day', and 'couple of hour work'. If I am lucky they might be able to tell me that we do something feet, and tickling.

I shoot pretty basic BG shit with a story line. Can be Pretty hardcore at times. If they cant listen, i cant write the check.


If they say it hurts, i tell them my check writing hand hurts. I am way professional and i am blunt. Im not there to bang her or be friends with them. Girls pick up on that pretty quick and act right.



I dont pay girls any special attention other than telling them what i need done. That seems to take all of there power away. If you treat them special or show that u are interested in banging them, you are gonna get ran over. I have seen it all of the time on my friends sets.

I also prefer dealing with agents due to my heavy shoot schedule. The agents guarantee the girl shows up on time and know what is expected of them. At least the good ones do.lol

I set up stuff with safe words .. we all agree to go as hard as possible and always respect the safe word .... give a model an out and they will go way further than you would expect ..

We must be dealing with the same agents. LOL

Some have always sent the girls who only do softcore in the hope we will persuade them to go further, par for the course and so long as I know it's fine. I can have a crack at persuading them.

"Sorry you're not what we are looking for at the moment for the soft work. Shame but to be truthful you will have a problem getting softcore work. You're (not pretty enough, boobs are too small, ass too big, too short, too tall, need longer hair, shorter hair, pubic hair, etc pick the excuse that fits.) Not for Easton's work but it can work on some girls.

If on the day they say they don't do what they were booked for I start switching off the lights and putting the kettle on. Has an amazing persuasive level to it. LOL

NEVER take shit off a model, the message gets around that you will and your job is twice as hard.

Used to have an agent here in the UK who dealt mainly with hard core girls and jobs. He told every girl that if they fucked the shooter they would get the job. Did it for all the shooters and girls.

Anyways, Easton shoots established girls, he doesn't need to ask them "what do you know about this business?" He doesn't need to meet them first or hang on the phone for an interview. His point is that the established chicks will agree to most anything and then change their minds. And even though it is something you would expect from a newbie, it seems to happen to him with girls that have tons of scenes under their belt already.

I personally think that a lot of these chicks also think, "MONEY" and already know that they won't do certain things. But the list of scenes you offer is long and you are not a one scene guy. So they want to come and make the money that was on the bottom of that list, but while they are already in front of you try to eliminate certain things.
A lot of these chicks think "Oh I will sweet talk him into it" or whatever, that might work with the guy who bought a camera at walmart and calls himself a producer, but not with guys like you and me.

True. Easton works more with agents. I am in Michigan, so there are few or none around here.

That said, I prefer working with noobs. They are easier to work with. Hence my interview. I asked them about MY KIND of work/job (toe sucking, tickling). Not about the industry on the whole (insert your reading joke here, ).

However, I have worked with some established chicks off the modeling sites. My experience is the same as Easton's. They agree to everything, and then wanna fight you later. Including the pay. Not all, but more than some noob.

Agreed. I have gotten that from the established models as well. Especially from the model sites.
