Does not have to include porn. I have a friend that lives near by that has a travel site. He makes most of his money from there and also has a porn site on the side and does some affiliate sales.

Makes a bit more than he used to at his 9-5. Not sure the amount though.

I have almost no friends with 9-5 jobs anymore... Especially living here everyone I associate with works online (well a couple work for online based companies, some have partnership deals and part ownership etc but still go to an office, stuff like that)

one very close friend, he makes nothign though, he's been working on a few sites for more than 2 years and right now he makes like 100 bucks, as soon as goes trough all his savings he 'll probably get a regular job

I have a second cousin from down east who is something of a wannabe webmaster, I haven't seen any evidence of him actually making any money though. I've offered to do business with him in the past but I get the feeling he's a talker rather than a doer.

I've offered a helping hand to several in my immediate family as well, with mainstream site ideas and the like, but again most if not all of them are stuck in their "job" mentality and are happy (yet miserable) going to work every day and working for someone else for peanuts.

I shrug and move on.
