				 | Why don't you have a barrel fire... and while your at it, hit up the Salvation Army soup kitchen for hors d'oeuvres. I hear they are serving a mean 2009 platter of shit on a shingle |

				 | I've been making my own wine for a long time also. Since year 2000 or so. I used to make 7-day wine, it didn't taste good at all, but at that time I only cared about getting something to drink as fast as possible. Heh... This one did take about a month to make. But I think I'll go with 3-months next time.

				 | I buy mine from a Swedish online-store, I think they make their own kits. :/ Some basic tips n stuff: I prefer wine kits with real dried fruit and not just some juice. I think they taste better. Make the wine in one of those plastic cans I got on the pic and not this model: It sucks when you're going to get the carbonic acid out of the wine. Get a airfilter and put it on your waterlock....

				 | For the first time in ~11 years I used 2 kilos of sugar instead of 4 kilos and this stuff does actually taste GOOD. I cant believe it. (I made white wine this time)
