Just getting back to the hotel from the federal courthouse.....They must be feeding him well because he was fat when I saw him....His hair looked fucked up and he had super long fingernails....
Before they came in, his lawyer came up to me as I was the only one sitting in the room....She asked if I made youtube videos also and if I was a friend of Anton's and I told her that I'm the reason for his whole "Trashman" persona.....That means that he must have been trying to use the excuse that others out there were putting out videos also because she knew about the porn and she seemed to already be familiar with who I was......I asked if I could pass a note to him and she said no but she told him that "MrNOGood" was there for him.....Therefore, he already knew I was there before they even brought him out...
When he came in escorted by two federal agents, he didn't even look at me......The prosecutor recommended 21-27 months and Trashman's lawyer said that he has serious mental health issues and needs treatment that he can't receive in prison and therefore asked for time served....Trashman's father wrote a letter to the court begging for mercy and his mother said that he was diagnosed with Schizophrenia as a child.......The lawyer said that Trashman is trying to make good with his life by "shutting down his adult entertainment website", which made me want to laugh because the only reason it was shut down was because the domain expired....
Then trashman stood up and said that the whole thing was for entertainment purposes only and that he didn't mean anybody any harm.....Then the judge gave him 12 months plus 3 years probation which will include drug testing and mental health counseling....He didn't bar him from using the internet as he said that there are some 1st amendment issues floating around about it right now but he did tell Trashman to use the internet wisely next time....
Since he got arrested in July of 08, he will get out in a few months....Then when we got up to leave, I said "Good luck trashman" and smiled at him...He just smiled back and said "Aiight Leon".....Then I said I'll see him when he gets out.........A reporter came in later and was writing shit down so I assume that the news will hit the public soon but you're getting it from me first.
And at the last minute, the lawyer asked for the transcripts to be sealed, which she probably wouldn't have asked for if I wasn't there.
