Ya TBH Baddog isn't the type to back down. Guy would fuck you up. :)

Brujah 03-20-2009 01:41 PM

Has anyone actually seen DirtyDanza or Baddog in a fight? Then how the hell do you know anything about who will win or lose? Not that it matters, neither of them will do shit.

Age means absolutly nothing.

I hate to see or even hear about a fight, but if one must happen, then it will. I wish both contestants the best of luck. Beat the hell out of each other, keep it weapon free, and hospital visits aside, have a drink together when its over.

Place your bets fight fans! Who's gonna take the Golden Keyboard and the bragging rights this fine April 5th? Baddog "The Incredible Bulk" or Dirty "It Puts The Lotion On It's Skin" Danza? Only time will tell!

I had a big guy who worked for me one time who was going to beat baddog up, and he would have killed him. Baddog refused to back down and imho won the controversy on balls alone, the fight never happened. Danza says he's a BJJ brown belt but I've never seen or heard of him rolling with anyone and he never wanted to roll at my place either.

BJJ brown belt = death to anyone he touches, but is Danza REALLY a BJJ brown belt....? I guess we will soon find out!

cherrylula 03-20-2009 03:36 PM

will Kimbo be there too? :1orglaugh

Danza is a pathological liar on the boards. He's a brown belt and I'm a ninja.

Hubby's a black belt in Akido... and the way I understand it... when you have the training... isn't it a worse felony if you use it? Aren't they considered deadly weapons... and blahblahblah?

So if you guys do fight and get picked up.. He's in a whole world of hurt worse than you. even if considered self defense ;) When you have martial arts training.. you can't just use it...

or Danza would have to pray his training (whether real or not) doesn't come out...

Deej 03-20-2009 04:13 PM

I just want some salsa and hookers, jesus!

Depends on the local laws, but I have heard the same thing myself.

On behalf of gfy I want to donate a genuine golden keyboard to the winner.

http://i44.tinypic.com/xpc5eo.jpg

Not just a stunning object of worship, this fully functional keyboard features a base that adjusts for height and two USB ports, plus right, left, and center options for the connector cable.

Retail value: US$348
http://www.japantrendshop.com/kirame...ard-p-302.html

Gold keyboard is as durable as it is enviable.

Brujah 03-20-2009 05:07 PM

I have a brown belt too, and dirtydanza and baddog don't even want to get me started! I'll pull the damn car over and make them go get me a switch.

no, the whole 'registered hands' thing is nonsense, a myth. The only difference it would make is if you had the guy disabled and continued to beat him it would be harder for you to use the 'I went crazy' defense. The judge assumes you are familiar with combat and also it tends to lower the 'reasonable self-defense' bar for you. In other words, you can still take somebody down, but you're going to pay a higher price if you keep whacking them, because supposedly you know better.

not true at all :2 cents:
if you've been proven to be dangerous, and the law decides it so, your body is a weapon. i know a guy who's got to check in with the rcmp every town he goes to, just to let them know he's around. just because he beat a couple beat down a little more than he probably should have...

To expand on what you've said, if a verifiably trained martial artist comes under legal scrutiny after an incident involving an assault or self-defense, his hands, as a representation of his training, can be considered deadly weapons as there is a reasonable assumption that he or she will be more likely to kill another in an altercation.

It's bullshit. I know dozens of pro fighters and half the Gracie family, and none of them ever had to do shit like register their dangerous hands. If you believe this, you probably also think Bruce Lee was the toughest ninja who ever lived and Kung Fu doesn't work in the cage because it's just too deadly to really show it's true form lol

Yes, this is probably true, the prosecutor may try to use that angle. But you still don't have to 'register' them anywhere or go on any list. It's just a factor that will definitely work against you at an assault trial.

Helix 03-21-2009 07:37 PM

I tried to register my hands as deadly weapons, but I got a paper cut while filling out the forms. :(

none of them probably beat a guy into the emergency ward in a barroom brawl either. just because you have the training doesn't mean you have to register your hands as weapons, but go out and use them as a weapon against someone and do some serious damage then you'd better fucking believe the law considers your bare hands a weapon once you're out. it's part of being on parole after a serious assault offense. don't try and lecture me on some shit you don't know. i used to have to drive my foreman to the cop shop every new town we worked in, just so he could let them know that he was around and that he had a dangerous past. you'd better fucking believe that if you're going to go out and throttle someone barehanded that you as an individual are considered armed and dangerous as is in that situation...
